RNGanon's Projekt GATEcrasher

Catalog of GATE anons

Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab has shown evidence that individuals are capable of influencing true random number generators through thought alone, one of the most significant pieces of evidence of psionic power.

As far as I'm concerned, science is a meme, and a really bad one as a rule. Given the reproducibility crisis (or replication crisis), when dealing with such drastic ideas, it is important to be able to prove such claims to yourself. To that end, all source code, methodology, and results obtained from this project will be published on this site.

As anon recently said in a GATE thread - "apes together strong" (just how many of the WSB "autists" were GATE themselves?) My question is, "how many apes, and just how strong?

My hypothesis is that while the average person can influence RNG, individuals who were involved in GATE as children can do so much more effectively, as can individuals that share traits with people involved in GATE but who did not actually participate in GATE to their knowledge.

In the coming weeks, I will be developing and testing - first on myself, then on friends - a replica of the PEAR experiment. Using a hardware random number generator (likely TrueRNG v3), statistical analysis can be done live to see how significantly any given individual can influence these numbers. If I can successfully replicate PEAR's basic experiments, it will be trivial to begin to test for other variables, such as the effect of proximity, or the true hypothesis I want to test - if individuals that have been through GATE or have GATE traits are more successful at influencing true RNG, and if so, by how much

The first issue we encounter is categorization. Even among GATE kids, there are significant differences, and not everyone who shows up in a GATE thread WTFing hard at it actually participated in GATE. I myself did not - I was homeschooled, and a state auditor who oversaw my education through annual meetings and reports and projects WANTED to put me in GATE, but it was simply too far away to be feasible; yet I share many of the same traits. As such, I propose the following model for categorization:

This categorization could be combined with a point-based system for the traits already known to be common among GATE kids. To reiterate, the list is as follows.

Common traits:

Less common, but still abnormally frequent traits

I will update the site as I progress on the project, and will publish all results from testing my self, GATE friends, and non-GATE friends, as well as where they fit in the categorization criteria.

If you would like to have your categorization recorded for any reason, please DM me at @rnganon:matrix.org and I will add you to this page. PLEASE MIND YOUR PERSEC WHEN SENDING THIS INFORMATION.
